VC

The VC has the unusual distinction of being the only Valiant model that didn't closely resemble another Valiant model. In reality however, the VC was really an AP6 under the skin with some very clever restyling. Late production V8 models offered PBR DB1 front disc brakes as an option. The VC was notable for being the first Valiant exported to the UK, although they were given goofy-sounding names like 'Medium Saloon' instead of Valiant and 'Premium Safari Estate Car' instead of Valiant Safari V8. 65634 VCs were built before production ended in 1967
