Sometime in early/mid 2012 I went to see Geoff Dundon of Replacement Valiant Parts about a condenser for my SV1.

"There you go" he said as he handed it over "it's the last one you'll ever buy off me".

I was impressed. "They're that good?" I asked, looking closely at what appeared to be an ordinary condenser.

"Nope" he replied "I'm shutting up shop".

And that was how I became the new owner of Replacement Valiant Parts which I rebranded as ValiantParts.com.au to reflect the fact that it now had an online store instead of just a page with a phone number to call.

And everybody lived happily ever after, especially my wife since I have rarely left the shed since.
